Exchanges & Returns

Exchange policy

We offer a 14-day exchange policy. Products must be in their original packaging, should not be worn, and be kept in a resellable state. If we find that it has been worn, we will send the items back to you and will charge you for the shipping costs. 

If you want to exchange for a different product entirely, you may need to pay the difference if the price of the product is higher, or will be issued a refund for the price difference if lower, shipping costs will be included. 

IMPORTANT: Each jewelry piece comes with a white label, if the label is removed no returns/exchanges will be accepted.

Returns policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy. Please contact us within 14 days with your order number, and a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods. 

Items must be in a resellable state, and in its original packaging. If we find that items are in a worn/used state, the items will be returned, and shipping costs may be charged.

Please note that the items must be in a resellable state, resellable state meaning that the product should be sent back in the condition you received it. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygienic reasons, earpieces and earrings cannot be returned, and our return policy does not apply.

TRACKING OF YOUR PARCEL

Please check on the arrival of your parcel, using the link we send to you once shipped. Should you realize that after one week your parcel did not arrive, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter with our logistics partner. Please note that we do not take responsibility of tracking your parcel once dispatched. If your parcel does not arrive within a month, and you haven't reported this to us within this appropriate timeframe, we will not be able to resolve the issue nor refund or replace your order.

We do not refund shipping fees for returns.

Our shipping destinations include: Canada, Europe, Israel, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, UK, USA. We ship all orders with DHL from our HQ in Vienna, Austria

PAYING CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Depending on the country, we will cover any custom duties or taxes. This minimises delays or additional charges. The total amount at checkout is the final amount for your shipment. IMPORTANT: Please check the countries listed below whether your country applies as a DDP country (then the amount at checkout, will not be the final amount). Customs Duties & Taxes vary according to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Countries

We ship to a lot of locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
