Shipping and Delivery

* Delivery dispatch times and shipping fees will be added at time of checkout.

All orders received before 2pm CEST will be dispatched the same working day (excluding bank holidays and other public holidays). Orders received after 2pm CEST will be dispatched the next working day. Please note all orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

JOSELIE JEWELRY will email customers tracking details once the order has been received and dispatched.
Should you find your parcel is delayed, please double check tracking details.
In some cases, your shipment may be held or already delivered.
If you cannot locate your parcel, please contact JOSELIE within
10 days of your shipment’s estimated delivery date.


Depending on the country, we will cover any custom duties or taxes. This minimises delays or additional charges. The total amount at checkout is the final amount for your shipment. IMPORTANT: Please check the countries listed below whether your country applies as a DDP country.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Countries

We ship to a lot of locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

For orders to the UK, UAE, Russia and Israel - if any additional custom or duty fees apply after placing the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees


Please check on the arrival of your parcel, using the link we send to you once shipped. Should you realize that after one week your parcel did not arrive, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter with our logistics partner. Please note that we do not take responsibility of tracking your parcel once dispatched. If your parcel does not arrive within a month, and you haven't reported this to us within this appropriate timeframe, we will not be able to resolve the issue nor refund or replace your order.
